Do you require a copy of a previous order? Maybe a mistake was made on a previous design? Fear not, you can request a re-print here at a discounted price. As long as your order was placed within the last 30 days we can help you with any re-prints, duplicates and corrections.
We hope that every purchase will reach you in a pristine condition but in the rare case it doesn't, please get in touch! We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing our team, we do have a fast turnaround so the sooner the better. If your order is dispatched to the wrong address and it’s lost, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.
We do our absolute best to ensure all of our Created by Magic customers enjoy a magical shopping experience, however occasionally you may need to make a return. We can’t accept personalised items back unless they are actually faulty. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Non personalised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery to the seller of the product. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.

Our prints are currently sold unframed whilst we grow our business. Whilst the space isn’t available to offer beautiful framing options, we are able to recommend some fantastic frames here to suit all budgets.
Refunds of returned products may take up to 7 days after the day the product is received at If there were no goods supplied,  24 hours after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.

Pixelated or blurry photos are not great when trying to create one of our illustration using a photo. Making sure that your photos are in high resolution is one of the first steps to ensure your illustrated print would turn out great. Here's how: To check a photo's resolution on a Windows PC, select the file you want to use. Right-click on the image and then select "Properties." A window will appear with the image's details. Go to the "Details" tab to see the image's dimensions and resolution. Checking a photo's resolution on a Mac is similar to a PC. Select the image you want to use and "Right-click" on it. Click on "Get Info" Hi-res images are at least 300 pixels per inch (ppi) and approximately 2,000 pixels in length. If you have any queries about your image, please just get in touch.
Sometimes our confirmation, processing and dispatch emails get blocked by some email providers and head straight to your junk box or spam. If it hasn't come through, please check the email provided is correct on your account. Any other issue, please get in touch with our team.
