On the day stationery and signage may be ordered at a much later date, we recommend 2-3 weeks beforehand to allow enough time. If you’re worried you’ve left it too late then drop us a message before ordering and we’ll see if we can squeeze you in!

Absolutely, If your wedding invitation includes a venue illustration, you can use this on the guestbook alternative, simply purchase the version without the venue and we’ll ad the venue for no extra cost. The venue illustration can also be added to a venue portrait print, the menu design and table numbers.

The venue illustration file remains with us, Venue drawings maybe re-used for other stationery if it’s already been drawn. If you’d like to use a venue drawing that’s already been used, it is £25. Created by Magic Ltd. own the right to all venue drawings, and can reuse them.

Yes the minimum order varies across all wedding stationery items, Large format signage has no minimum limitation.

  • Wedding invitations – 30 minimum
  • Wedding menus – 30 minimum
  • Place name cards – 40 minimum
  • Stickers & seels – 500 minimum

You will need to order enough invitations to allow for one wedding invitation per household or couple. We also recommend ordering 5% more than you need, to account for extras or if any get lost in the post.  (You may also want to keep one or two as keepsakes!)

We recommend that you order more than you need to avoid this issue, however, If this problem does arise, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Our process may be different from other wedding stationers, we accept payment up front before the work begins.

Payment plans are available via Clearpay and Paypal to help split the cost over a timeframe.

Design Proofs and Approval

As many as you need! We want you to be 100% happy. Text, layout, colours and florals can all be tweaked.

Venue illustrations are created using a high resolution image, please send over images that yo are 100% happy with to begin with. Venue illustrations aren’t so easily changed once they’re complete.

We don’t supply printed proofs. You are welcome to print out the design proofs we send you, however it may be a better depiction of the colours viewing it on screen.

Our printing is done professionally by our trusted print supplier. We do use a third party to print our large format and stationery items as they provide the highest standard. From time to time there may be delays to printed products which is out of our hands, we will do our best to avoid delays and will keep you informed if there is a delay (which rarely happens).

Printing & Delivery

All orders over £40 will qualify for free standard UK mainland delivery, if you would like to see pricing on orders less than £40 please see delivery.

Any changes made to an order after the proofs have been signed off will incur a charge and additional printing costs.

Unfortunately you will not be able to return any items, this is due to all of your items being personalised for you and your wedding day.

Your invites will arrive wrapped in tissue paper and boxed.

All invites come unassembled, unless you’d we assembled each set – please get in touch for this option. This is £1 per invite.
