Is my image suitable for a portrait?
A clear, high-quality photograph usually gives us the best starting point. If you’re unsure, send us your image and we’ll take a look before you order. We can advise on what’s possible and which photograph is likely to work best.
Can you merge two pet photographs into one portrait?
Yes, we can discuss bringing pets from separate photographs together in one portrait. Please send both images to us so we can check their quality and angles, then advise on the best approach. You can also browse our pet portrait collection for inspiration.
It’s the only image I have of my pet. Can you work with it?
We understand how precious that photograph is. We’ll always do our best with older or lower-resolution images, including a photograph of a printed photograph. Send us the image and let us know it’s the only one you have; we’ll advise honestly on the options.

What paper do you use?
Paper depends on the print size and whether you choose an unframed or framed option. Our range includes textured Tintoretto Gesso paper and German Etching paper. Our paper guide explains the available finishes in more detail.
Do you frame prints larger than A3?
Our current framed print options are A4 and A3. You can see more information about the frames on our framing page.
Can you print a particular design larger than A3?
Please get in touch with the design and size you have in mind. Larger printing may be possible depending on the artwork and the quality of any photograph supplied. For illustrated prints, a high-quality image file gives us the best chance of producing a larger size.
