Description
Reprints, Duplicates, Copies & Corrections
Already ordered a personalised print from Created by Magic and need another copy? This listing is for existing customers who would like a reprint, duplicate, additional copy or corrected version of a previous order.
You can use this listing for:
- An additional copy of a previous print
- A duplicate for another family member
- A replacement or reprint
- A corrected version if details need changing
- Another copy of artwork we’ve previously created for you
Please have your original order number ready, as this helps me locate your previous artwork. You can also add a note explaining exactly what you need when placing your order.
Please note: Previous A4 artwork must remain at A4 size due to the way the original artwork was created.
How it works
Simply select the appropriate option, enter your previous order details and tell me what you need. I’ll locate your original Created by Magic artwork and use this to prepare your new copy or correction.
Artwork files are retained for up to 6 months. If your original order was placed more than 6 months ago, please contact me before ordering so I can check whether your artwork is still available.
This is much clearer and, importantly, it uses the same language we’re now sending people here for: reprints, duplicates, copies and corrections.
