Customer Story
Kind words that mean the world
In today’s world, it is unfortunately far more common for people to highlight poor service or leave negative feedback than it is to recognise excellence. In my view, however, it is far more important to celebrate and share truly exceptional service and outstanding quality products.
From my very first contact with Created by Magic, even before placing an order, through to the delivery of the final pieces, the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional and quite simply the best I have experienced. There were no chatbots in sight; every enquiry was answered promptly, thoroughly, and by a real person; a superhuman called Laura. The personal touch offered by Created by Magic is genuinely refreshing and reassuring.
This outstanding service is matched by an equally outstanding product. The quality of the prints is superb, beautifully produced and finished to an exceptionally high standard. I ordered two pet portraits and could not be happier with the result.
Whether for a wedding, anniversary, pet portrait, or any other meaningful occasion, I cannot recommend Created by Magic highly enough.
Real customer reviews
Made with meaning. Received with love.
Some of the lovely words customers have shared after receiving their Created by Magic orders.
I am truly overwhelmed with my picture, it’s beyond what I expected and is absolutely beautiful. I had to have my beautiful boy put to sleep so it means the world to me and I honestly can’t thank you enough… it’s perfect ❤️ xx
Not only was I blown away with the quality of the picture, I was also very impressed with the integrity of Laura herself. The quality of the photo I sent would have resulted in an inferior picture. Rather than just use that photo, Laura took the time to contact me so I could get a higher quality photo to her.
Wanted a photo of my 2 dogs who passed not so long ago. Very professionally done and really focused on each dog individually even though it is a shared photo of the 2. Very beautifully done and really highlights the photo itself especially with the colours and shaded backdrop.
