1. Promoter

The promoter is Created by Magic (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Created by Magic, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway, are not eligible.

3. How to enter

• To enter, submit your details via the official giveaway entry form.
• By entering, you agree to join the Created by Magic email list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Monthly entry

• One entry will place you into our monthly draw.
• You will remain entered for future monthly draws unless you unsubscribe.

5. Bonus actions / boosts

• We may offer optional bonus actions (for example, engaging with our content on social media).
• Bonus actions can increase visibility and may be considered when selecting additional winners, but they do not guarantee a win.

6. Prize

• The prize will be stated in the monthly giveaway announcement.
• Unless stated otherwise, prizes are prints only and arrive unframed.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash or monetary alternative.

7. Winner selection and notification

• Winners are chosen at random from eligible entries.
• Winners will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.
• If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time (as stated in the winner email), we may select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery

• Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control (for example, courier delays).

10. General

• We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
